Welcome to Mary Jane Photography. You don’t need to know how to pose — that’s my job. With over 25 years behind the camera, I create relaxed, natural images for families, professionals, and business owners who want photographs that feel timeless and authentic.

Family photography shouldn’t feel stressful or overly staged. My sessions are relaxed and easygoing, designed to capture natural connection rather than perfect poses. I gently guide you throughout the session so you never have to worry about what to do.

Many of the families I photograph return year after year as their children grow, which is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.

And when it comes to your images, my approach is simple and transparent — you’ll receive access to your full gallery along with a selection of professionally retouched favorites, so there are no surprises after your session.

My studio is located in Dobbs Ferry, NY, and I’m also available for on-location and in-home sessions throughout Westchester, Connecticut, and New Jersey.
